2. Binding Nature
Upon submission, the bid becomes binding for all groups with Bid = Yes.

The Bidder consents to storage and processing of submitted data for RFP evaluation and audit purposes.

Rate Card Rules

Prices apply to sequential (non-overlapping) date ranges.
NEW Rate Card Required
Different prices on same or overlapping dates require a separate rate card.
Adjacent Period Merging
Identical adjacent periods are merged automatically.
Day-Based Splitting
Multiple day sets generate alternating sub-periods within one rate card.
